Surge Protector Introduction
Surge protectors, also known as surge protectors or surge protectors,[1] are an indispensable device for protecting electronic equipment against lightning or surges. The function of a surge protector is to use components such as gas discharge tubes or varistors to discharge transient overvoltages such as strong lightning or surges that are connected to power or signal transmission lines into the ground, limiting the voltage range of the equipment or system to the range that it can withstand, so that the protected equipment or system will not be damaged by the impact of voltage surges.
